When will I hear back from you?

We typically respond within a few hours, and always within 24 hours.

How do I officially book my session?

Once we confirm availability, we’ll send a secure deposit link to reserve your date.

• A deposit locks in your session
• The remaining balance is due after the session
• We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Where will my session take place?

Most sessions take place at beautiful outdoor locations around New York City such as Central Park, SoHo, the West Village, DUMBO, or Brooklyn Bridge Park.

If you already have a location in mind, we’re happy to photograph there. If not, we’ll gladly recommend a few spots based on the style and vibe you’re going for. Many clients book first and finalize the location later.

For shorter sessions, we typically choose one main area with a few nearby photo spots so we can capture a great variety of images without too much walking.

Can I book now and decide on the location later?

Yes! Many clients reserve their session first and finalize the location and exact plan later.
After booking, we’re happy to help recommend locations based on the look you’re going for.

How many photos will I receive?

You’ll receive all photos from your session, plus a set of fully edited favorites. The exact number depends on your package and session length. That way you get everything captured and a curated collection that’s ready to share and print.

What if I didn’t receive a reply?
