Masha was very nice and easy to schedule with. Coordinated the time for the shoot with quick responses. Tanya was our photographer and she was amazing! Agata was great with guiding us through multiple locations and poses throughout the park. They made the experience extremely stress free and memorable. My finacé and I got engaged in the city while visiting, and we wanted to get some photos done before we flew back home. I filled out the contact form on Masha's website at 10 PM Saturday night and she responded very quickly! She continued to be communicative throughout as well. Amazing customer service! We were able to book our shoot for 2 days later! Yana was our photographer, and she was very personable which helped us feel comfortable during our shoot. I contacted Masha in March to plan my proposal for August and secure the date. She was always very friendly, eager to help me, and always responded to all my questions and requests within a reasonable amount of time. I chose the location, date, and time for the event. A week before the proposal, Yana (the photographer) reached out to me. I coordinated the details of the day with her, and she sent me all the instructions to ensure everything went exactly as planned. On the day of the proposal, I followed the instructions to the letter, and when I arrived at the location, Yana was there waiting for me right on time, being extremely discreet. Everything went perfectly; Yana was incredibly kind the entire time and helped us pose for each of the photos. I don’t have a single complaint, the photos were delivered on time, and not a single one was bad. All the photos were perfect; I don’t even know which ones to choose for editing. We had the best experience with Masha Lou Photography for our engagement photos! She arrived early to make sure everything would run smoothly and was so prepared throughout the entire shoot. She knew all the best spots in Central Park for photos and made sure we got a great variety of shots. She also helped guide us through poses, which made us feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
