Most sessions here are best focused around Gantry Plaza State Park, Hunter’s Point South Park, the East River waterfront, and nearby Vernon Boulevard for a mix of skyline, greenery, and urban Queens charm.

The direction we take is guided by your vision — whether you’re looking for iconic skyline photos along the East River, the relaxed atmosphere of Gantry Plaza State Park and Hunter’s Point South Park, the industrial-modern feel of LIC’s waterfront, or a mix of urban textures and local neighborhood charm along Vernon Boulevard.
My goal is to help you capture a variety of beautiful, natural images while guiding you through Long Island City’s most photogenic waterfront locations for couples, engagement, portrait, lifestyle, and travel photography sessions.
Personal Route
2 hours
Start: Gantry Plaza State Park / LIC Waterfront
Route: We’ll begin at the iconic Pepsi-Cola Sign for one of Long Island City’s most recognizable waterfront backdrops with sweeping Manhattan skyline views. From there, we’ll walk south through Gantry Plaza State Park, stopping along the piers, boardwalk paths, and waterfront viewpoints for a mix of skyline, greenery, and industrial LIC character.
As we continue south, we’ll make our way toward Hunter’s Point South Park for more open waterfront scenery, modern architecture, landscaped walkways, and quieter areas along the East River. If time allows, we can finish near Vernon Boulevard for a slightly more neighborhood-style feel with local streets and urban textures.
This route keeps the session very walkable while showcasing the best waterfront areas LIC has to offer without needing to leave the neighborhood.
